DREAM BIG!!!!!!!!.

People nowadays, especially kids my age, do not dream as much. I’ve asked people in my school what they want to do when they grow-up, and the majority of them really have no idea. They don’t think of what they want to be, they just think that eventually it’ll come to them and then they will decide.

I, on the other hand, have DREAMS. I have BIG FAT DREAMS that I expect to come true, and I’ll work my butt off as much as possible for them to come true.

I am 16 years old and I know what I want out of life. 70 years from now, I know that I am going to have led a successful life. I know that I will have achieved everything that I want. Sure, problems and obstacles may come up but the key is to: TRY.

People don’t do that anymore. Most of my friends and peers will settle for less then they deserve. I want people to think big, dream big, have goals! I don’t get why a person wouldn’t! It angers me, actually. It really does anger me to think that a person wouldn’t try and lead a fulfilling life. I know that problems will come up, like I really do KNOW that.

But I like to have things planned. I like to think to myself that I have a life map, that I know where I am going and I know what I will be doing. I like to know that I will be financially secure, that I won’t ever give up.

People really don’t know what they are worth, so I think that a lot of the civilians in this world, the “ordinary” people, should take a second look at themselves and think, maybe I should go do what I’ve been dreaming of…

I know that it’s hard, I know that dreams are so hard to achieve but it’s all about yourself. Sometimes you need to take a step back and think: Is it really worth it to get my boobs done? Or should I spend that money saving for my son’s future?

It bothers me so much that so many people have given up on themselves already and they’re only 13, 14, 15, 16 years old. I know way too many, and I live in a middle-class suburban community.

Kids my age and parents really need to take a second look at their kids and try to set goals. Because believe me, when you achieve them, it’s probably the best feeling you will ever feel.
Knowing that you did something that YOU want for YOURSELF (it’s even better if it helps others), well that’s what makes life worth it.
Knowing that you did something that’s amazing for everyone, that you wanted to do for yourself.

Like I’ve always told myself, and will continue to tell myself:
If you could dream it you can do it!
